Each plan includes prescription drug benefits for both retail and mail order service. The company also offers a dental plan option, along with an option for vision coverage. There is also an employee assistance program provided free of charge, which offers legal, financial and mental health counseling services. Pre-tax flexible spending accounts (healthcare and dependent care) are also available to stretch your dollars.
