Directories on the web server are subject to access authorisation, which limits who can access the information they contain. The system is also protected against malicious code. A firewall further reduces the probability of unauthorised access to the database from outside the network.

If you want to contact us via email, please note that the confidentiality of the information communicated in this manner cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of this method of communication. Third parties may be able to view the content of emails.

1.3. Google Analytics web analysis

1.3.1 Google Analytics

""This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (""Google""). Google Analytics uses ""cookies"", i.e. text files saved on your computer which allow for analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA, where it is saved. If you activate the IP anonymisation function of this website, your IP address will be abbreviated by Google beforehand within a Member State of the European Union or in another state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. Google uses this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to provide other related services to the website operator associated with website use and internet use. The IP address communicated by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be brought into connection with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being saved by configuring your browser software accordingly; please note, however, that in this case it may not be possible to take full advantage of all the functions of this website. You can also prevent the data generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website (incl. your IP address) from being collected and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link:  http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de; last updated: 05.03.2012."

Examples of information collected within the framework of web analysis are: your browser type, operating system, monitor resolution and IP address. Please note that the Google Analytics program used on this website has been supplemented with a trusted code for anonymising your IP address so that it can be processed anonymously (see: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/2763052?hl=de ). The IP address is a number associated with you, similar to your postal address, which enables you to send and receive data. The code automatically abbreviates your IP address so that neither Google nor the Organisation is able to determine who it belongs to. The information gained from anonymous web analysis is used to further improve the website, e.g. to adapt the website design to the monitor resolutions that are currently most popular. The data collected are kept separate from data collected from other sources, e.g. the contact form. Anonymised user profiles are created based on the data that has been collected, processed and used.

1.4. Web analysis from WiredMinds AG

1.4.1 WiredMinds

For these purposes, data are obtained, processed and saved, and then used to create a pseudonym user profile. Where possible and relevant, user profiles are completely anonymised. Cookies may be used as part of this. Cookies are small text files, which are saved in the Internet browser of the visitor and are used to recognized the Internet browser. The obtained data, which can also include personal data, are transferred to WiredMinds or is obtained directly by WiredMinds. WiredMinds may use information that is generated by visits to the webpages to create anonymised user profiles. The data obtained will not be used to personally identify the visitor of the website and the data will also not be merged with personal data pertaining to the bearer of the pseudonym without the express permission of the user. If IP addresses are collected, they will be anonymised immediately after they have been obtained by deletion of the final block of numbers. Permission to collect, process and store data can be rescinded at any with effect for the future."
