Weber touch slicer basic maintenance
   
Participants: Maintenance personnel familiar with the Weber
Touch slicer and a minimum of three months
experience with Weber slicers
   
Course Objectives: Upon completion of this course, participants
will demonstrate the following:
   
 
» The ability to complete hands on exercises to demonstrate proficiency of using and navigating through the Weber Touch Screen system.
» The ability to use the Maintenance menus and Maintenance functions of the Touch application.
» Demonstrate electrical drawing familiarity by using the electrical drawings to locate control circuit and load circuit connection points and device wiring configurations
» The ability to apply troubleshooting principals to diagnose actual electro-mechanical failures

Touch slicer advanced maintenance
   
Participants: Maintenance personnel that can demonstrate troubleshooting proficiency and knowledge of
Weber Touch slicers by successfully completin
an entry exam or having completed the Basic Maintenance training course
   
Course Objectives: Upon completion of this course, participant
will demonstrate the following:
   
 
» The ability to properly backup vital slicer PC files and the ability to use those files to program a new slicer PC
  The ability to update Touch software versions
» The ability to update PacDrive (C400/Max4) slicer software versions
» Proper installation and configuration of PacDrive (C400/Max4)
» The ability to use the Elau firmware tool to correct firmware compatibility issues
» The ability to diagnose PC to PacDrive (C400/Max4) communication issues
» The ability to setup slicer PC network configurations
