Operators with a recommended minimum of six months of slicer experience and basic operation proficiency. |

| Course Objective: |
Participants will review the Weber Touch Screen topics including slicing parameter definitions, menu navigation and screen functions. Trainees will study weigher statistics and the effects of parameter settings that can optimize the program, slice quality, portion quality, portion weight control and slicer output. |
