Medical, Dental and Vision
Weber, Inc. offers a variety of plans to help you build a customized set of benefits that fit you and your family best. We offer a high-deductible medical plan that is compatible with a Health Savings Account (HSA) at a zero out of pocket cost for individual employee coverage and affordable bi-weekly payroll deductions for spouse, dependent and family coverage. Each plan includes prescription drug benefits for both retail and mail order service. The company also offers a dental plan option, along with an option for vision coverage. There is also an employee assistance program provided free of charge, which offers legal, financial and mental health counseling services. Pre-tax flexible spending accounts (healthcare and dependent care) are also available to stretch your dollars.
Life, Disability and Accident
Weber, Inc. provides basic life and AD&D, short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost to employees. Employees have the option to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance for spouse and dependents.
Savings and Retirement
Weber, Inc. helps employees plan for the future with financial security plans. The company's Retirement Plan allows for 401K and Roth contributions and provides a dollar for dollar company match up to 6 percent of eligible pay. Both plans are completely portable upon vesting and employees are immediately 100 percent vested after 30 days of enrollment.
Paid Time Off
The company provides ten annual paid holidays and a generous paid time off schedule. Other authorized types of paid time off are also available.
One of Weber, Inc.’s most employee-centered investments is Weber U, a resource for all employees to develop skills and abilities that enable our business to be successful. Weber U represents a collaboration of departments and business units for the purpose of employee development and includes classroom training as well as online courses. Weber, Inc. also offers an educational assistance program that provides employees an additional avenue to increase their knowledge and skills. All regular, full-time employees are eligible to participate in these programs.
